A senior leader in IBM's services business, Clare has built her career in consulting using her background in statistics and operational research to bring data into strategic decision making for clients across industries. Clare owns IBM's Data, AI and emerging technologies portfolio, responsible for workforce, skills and delivery and business growth. She supports teams and clients across industries to identify, define and implement solutions that use data to improve decision-making, optimise operational processes and create really engaging customer experiences. Over the last 3 years, Clare has played a pivotal role in projects that formed the backbone of the UK’s COVID-19 pandemic response and continues to work with clients at the heart of the NHS as a trusted data expert, partner and advisor.
