Bio

I believe our thoughts of human nature affect every aspect of our lives, from the way we raise our children to the political movements we embrace. Yet just as science is bringing us into a golden age of understanding human nature, many people are hostile to the very idea. To explores the idea of human nature and its moral, emotional, and political colourings. Experience is capable of changing brain structure significantly. Differences start small and accumulate or are compounded by these experiences. Based on work with colleagues and knowledge, skill gained, personal experience and working with thousands of people, I have helped developed skills and tools to give us a competitive edge. I use what I refer to as Inclusionist to communicate the ideas. I want to make a difference and my mission is to apply what I have learnt to assist people in life’s challenges and journey. A large focus of my work over the past 10 years has been working with people who experience inequalities and find themselves in vulnerable situations. Which saw me appointed as Member of Equality 2025 which we gave strategic, confidential advice to government on issues that affect disabled people? The advice included participation in the very early stages of policy development or in-depth examination of existing policy cross Central Government. As a member we worked with ministers and senior officials across government. I did this from 2006 to 2010. Specialties: Transferable Skills Inclusionist, Speaking, Critical Thinking Skills, Innovation and Creativity Coach. Personal Development, Personal Framework and Neuro Science, Change Management and Anthropology, Psychology of Achievement and Influence. Equality and Human Rights, Accessibility Practices. Performing Psychological illusions.
