The most important resource for any business is its people, and over the past 10 years I've cultivated an aptitude for engaging, teaching, training, and growing clients and employees. In early service jobs, I learned the value of being personable to gain trust and confidence. In my teaching career, I honed those skills and brought my passions to the table, finding ways to keep entire classrooms engaged and interested. And in my SaaS career, I have continued to build these skills through client interaction, training, mentoring, and support. I am detail-oriented and highly-organized, with the ability to adapt at a moment’s notice. I think on my feet and am always looking for ways to do things better. Improving processes and working smarter are my bread and butter.
