Previously, at adtech leader Integral Ad Science (IAS, a Vista Equity Partners company), Colin led the transformation of regionally-based account management teams into a global customer success organization driving net revenue retention % of IAS’s client base. At CA Technologies, Colin integrated (acquisition) and led a nearly $100M standalone cybersecurity software franchise, achieving double-digit revenue growth and market share gains all while positioning the business to be a Gartner MQ leader for the first time. OPERATIONS Colin also led change in leadership positions at BMC, CA Technologies and Boeing. He joined BMC as Chief of Staff to the CEO and quickly launched the first global customer success management function at the company. Colin also served as SVP of Product & Business Operations at CA Technologies -- effectively Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a $4B business charged with re-defining the operating model to drive continuous improvement. At Boeing, Colin established the Commercial team for a high-potential, high-growth aviation aftermarket services business. STRATEGY As both a consultant (Deloitte, Oliver Wyman) and corporate strategy leader (Boeing, CA Technologies, Unisys Corporation), Colin led strategy and M&A/JV execution to enter markets, grow revenue & expand margin. Colin’s client roster includes Fortune 100 firms across multiple B2B verticals, including technology, industrials, financial services, and private equity.
