Conlan Normington is a designer and animator currently working at FutureDeluxe from Melbourne. With every piece, Conlan tries to create something unexpected that will leave people smiling and surprised. After 4 years working for two global branding agencies, Interbrand and FutureBrand, helping to craft identities for some of Australia's largest brands, Conlan spent three years freelancing from two small mountain towns in Canada before joining the team at FutureDeluxe in London. He has freelanced for agencies such as Superunion, Landor, Interbrand, FutureBrand and Wiedemann Lampe. The BBC Two rebrand project he worked on with Superunion and BBC Creative has been awarded at D&AD, Cannes Lions and One Club, amongst others. His recent music video for ‘She Got Confused // He Wouldn’t Sleep’ was given a Vimeo Staff Pick. When he's not knee deep in keyframes, Conlan produces hip-hop tunes as 'Conlan James' and likes to ride bikes up mountains and snowboard down them. Also surfing.
