Her experience spans a wide range of industries including blockchain, enterprise SaaS, on-prem software, consumer apps, digital health, energy, and semiconductors. Currently, as the CEO of Product Maestro, she advises startup executives on Product Strategy and coaches PMs on crafting powerful product stories that resonate with customers and teams. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at Khosla-funded Carrot, she built the Product and Support teams to deliver a B2B2C product that combines hardware, software, and coaching to help people quit smoking. Previously as Head of Product for Atlassian's Marketplace and Developer Ecosystem, she led a team to increase customer retention by delivering the second largest B2B Marketplace and associated API suite. She has shipped consumer apps at Microsoft, launched a consumer nutrition startup and consulted for ImpactIQ and Sourcemap.com. Her specialty is simplifying the complex. She can diagnose ambiguous situations by asking the right questions, then co-design solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
