IT is an equalizer for small and medium-sized companies. When I started 5K Technical Services I wanted to give smaller companies access to the same technology as any large corporation, without having to sacrifice affordability, quality, or service. My goal was, and continues to be, ensuring first-rate IT services that is approachable and attainable for every business. I understand the dilemma business leaders face when they have limited resources, and I see the same scenarios play out time and again. In trying to save money, they spend hours (and hours and hours and hours) of their own time on IT, or they hire their cousin’s sister’s nephew’s friend as their “IT guy”.
