As an experienced counselor and coach, I am at my best when I’m supporting people’s growth and development and motivating and leading teams toward collective success. I love to collaborate and solve meaty problems with anyone and everyone and have developed a keen ability to listen for what people aren’t saying. I get to the root of a problem and work with others to generate well-informed solutions.
