I spent 13 years with one of the largest global media agencies (Starcom), where I had the privilege of working closely with a wide variety of clients across many industries including retail, food & beverage, toy, technology and healthcare. I found my passion as an account leader & business strategist and spent much of my time working hand in hand with my clients, using media as a lever to drive brand and business growth. In 2016, I leapt at the opportunity to join the 'client side' and build a media capability for Tyson Foods. I built a team, hired and built an agency arm, established media strategy and best practices, changed media from a cost center to an investment at Tyson. My remit has expanded beyond media, and I now lead our Marketing Communications teams, responsible for Advertising, Media, Brand Design, and Packaging. I'm charged with growing our overall capability in those areas, working with our BU teams to build thriving brands via communications.
