As one of the founding partners of SpiderRock, Craig has a passion for growing the data & analytics business and providing insights to enable clients to trade and manage smarter. SpiderRock has a long history of leveraging data and machine learning technology as a foundation for value creation. Today's world of data and data science is exploding with new opportunities for the predictive and analytic tools where SpiderRock is well-positioned. Craig has spent the last fourteen years helping build and lead SpiderRock. Craig's early experience was as a portfolio manager for the firm's volatility strategies. As SpiderRock continued to grow, Craig took over oversight of firm risk. When the firm pivoted toward technology in 2009, Craig led many aspects of the business strategy and related operations. This experience in all aspects of a firm's growth and development, coupled with over ten years in executive leadership positions and board-level roles outside of SpiderRock, rounds out Craig's skillset. Craig is committed to lifelong learning, he is a recent graduate of Harvard's Business Analytics Program (2021) focusing on digital strategy and learning to use tools like AI & machine learning to drive success in a new more digital economy. Craig also holds a master's in business administration from Chicago Booth, focused on strategy & finance and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. Professional licenses include a FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 and NFA Series 3 licenses.
