Craig’s role as a Director covers all aspects of technology, user experience, digital transformation and services. Craig specialises in complex and multinational projects and the integration of different technologies and services needed to deliver a business outcome. Craig undertakes a wide variety of consultancy assignments including: • Executive sponsorship of consultancy projects • Technical and business consultancy • Customer experience and collaboration consultancy • Programme design and execution • Procurement management • Course lecturing and thought leadership • Strategic reviews of communications infrastructure Recent major projects include global network development, contact centre design and interim CTO responsibilities.
