A dynamic, senior business leader and Organisational Psychologist (PhD), with over 18 years experience partnering with organisations to support to them achieve great performance through great people. Crissa has partnered with numerous organisations across Australia and overseas (including New Zealand, Asia, the UAE and Europe) to support them to hire with confidence, grow great leaders and engage their people through change. She has a strong track record working with both the public and private sector, across a range of different industries. Having held a variety of operational leadership and corporate roles, Crissa has demonstrated experience in leading teams across different geographies, business development, and commercial management (including managing P&L's up to $8M per annum). As a recognised thought leader in the talent space, Crissa is also an experienced presenter, educator and researcher. She has presented her research in the area of leadership at national and international conferences, and published them in peer reviewed journals. Crissa has also previously held Lecturer, and adjunct Senior Lecturer positions at leading Australian Universities. Areas of specialisation include: recruitment & selection (including Indigenous recruitment), psychometric assessment, employee engagement & experience; leadership identification & development, organisational reviews and development, and the people aspects of change and business transformation.
