Bio

Curtis works at the intersection of microbiology, public health, bioinformatics, and software development. He spends most of his time developing bioinformatics software, analyzing DNA sequence data from a variety of infectious diseases, and teaching & empowering scientists at public health laboratories for performing their own data analysis. His current role is at Theiagen Genomics and he supports government public health labs across the US and internationally.
