Throughout my career my passion has been finding pain points and solving IT Enterprise Software and Data Challenges for Small to Fortune 500 Companies. I am comfortable at all levels from the Board Room to the Basement. I love Overcoming Complex Technical Obstacles and Business Process Hurdles that seem to go on forever in many domains including Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Financials, Banking and Insurance. (A hurdler loves hurdles) My focus is the digital transformation that Cloud, BigData, Analytics, Microservices, and DevOps are creating and knowing and solving the people and process challenges as a result of the change. The data and insight I have reframes the way businesses think about their business—how they operate or even how they compete. Career Highlights: -Created a bank deposit platform generating $400m in deposits at 1/4% COF. -Pioneer in check imaging, creating a system with end revenues of $75m+ and installed in 1,000's of banks. -Created a data analytics algorithm for risk management that identified $millions in fraud AND $millions in opportunities. -Grew a new software division from $400K ARR to over $15m in ARR in 5 years with an annual average growth rate of 180%+ I am excited with my work in data and analytics guiding a breath of F500 customer’s projects through the data migration and transformation challenges with SAP HANA, through Snowflake , and other Hyperscaler implementations with my unique understanding of cloud data ecosystems and of course the old school of data, all the way back to ADABASE! My ability to build real world business value from metrics is second to none. Strong sales and IT management professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geophysics from UT Austin, EDS SED Graduate (MS), Harvard Business Analytics Certified, and frequently can be found collecting minerals and fossils on a road cut you may pass by.
