Bio

A seasoned traveller, I’ve lived in four countries and travelled in many more, always in search of the best local food and drink and the stories behind them. I truly believe that the best way to learn about the local culture when travelling is to devour it, and obsess with seeking out great authentic food spots no matter where I happen to find myself in the world. I started my career in the tour industry as a Tour Leader for Intrepid Travel, where I led groups of adventurous travellers across Western Europe, introducing them to the local culture in a variety of destinations. Then in 2015, as Devour Tours began expanding out of the company's first location in Madrid, my passion for Spanish food and wine led me to join the team and launch and lead Operations in Seville, and other locations in Andalusia. Leading on from this as the company’s Expansion Director, I drove the company’s expansion strategy and product development for our first four locations outside of Spain - Paris, Rome, Lisbon, and London pre-pandemic. Since the return of tourism after the pandemic, alongside the acquisition of Devour Tours by Walks and City Experiences, I am now driving the expansion of both Walks and Devour Tours into new markets across the United States, Mexico, and Europe.
