My first official job, in 2007, was at Nuance Communications (called Tegic by then), helping to promote and educate people around T9 (Text on 9 Keys - a predictive text technology for phones without a touchscreen, a.k.a. not smartphones devices). Meaning I was already working with Messaging back then. I am now working at Meta, a company that owns several of the most powerful tools to help businesses create meaningful conversations with their customers. I also have the pleasure to work alongside the most relevant Messaging Tech Providers in this region. After almost 15 years, I am proud to be contributing to the growth of the Business Messaging Ecosystem in Latin America.
