I’m a growth strategist and innovation leader, who conceives and realises clients’ most audacious ambitions, delivering people and planet centric growth. After a start in advertising, I’ve spent 17+ years in growth strategy and innovation, including brand strategy, purpose, as well as founding ventures incl. Europe's largest sunglass retailer and an ethical apparel brand - most recently dipping my toe into regenerative farming. I inspire and challenge teams to deliver exceptional creative and commercial work to conceive and realise our clients’ most audacious ambitions, which now must be people and planet centric. My sustainability journey began with helping to design the Carbon Trust's venture development method and developing the first tranche of promising ventures, as well as the business case for the first sustainability strategy of the UK's largest banks. I now lead an exciting team within Accenture focusing on Sustainability for Growth bringing growth strategy and innovation specialisms to Accenture's market- leading offering, including leading our collaboration with Founders Forum/London Tech Week's ClimateTech. I also lead Accenture Innovation & Design Financial Services team across Europe, focusing on unlocking growth opportunities through customer relevancy and the sustainability imperative. As an ever-curious connector, I thrive in that magical space where value is created for customers, communities and environments, with. a fair share captured for organisations. I love to flex my intellect, creativity and commerciality to help organisations grow in an ever more meaningful and positively impactful way. I have enjoyed weaving entrepreneurial endeavors throughout my career, cross-pollinating skills and experience for greater impact with my larger scale work with corporates. To this, I bring empathetic, human-led, strategic, and creative thinking, and action things with passion and heart, galvanising teams around me. Figuring out smart, ethical, compelling, and commercially sound solutions to people’s needs and problems is how I make my little dents in the universe (while deep in the joy and chaos of parenting).
