Over 30 years experience across transport sector including; customer experience, sales, business development, creating partnerships, commercial growth and innovation. Highlights include modernising transport ticketing technology and retail solutions across National Express Bus in the West Midlands; launching mobile ticketing, contactless tap & cap fares and driving solution partnerships for us travel direct to business. An executive board member with the bus division at National Express for the past 5 years I believe leadership is about treating people with care and respect whilst trusting in your own ability. I'm an engaging and focused individual who is passionate about inclusion, diversity & equality. I'm a proud board member of Women in Transport leading the West Midlands Regional Hub and delighted to be starting my second term on the board at Sustainability West Midlands. I'm committed to using my energy and drive to build a safer, healthier, happier and better connected more prosperous West Midlands.
