Bio

Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill is best known as the face of the London 2012 Olympic Games and winner of heptathlon gold at the same games. Few know her as an entrepreneur and game changer for women's health and fitness. In 2019 she founded Jennis a fem-tech business that set out to change the face of women's training and help to make women more body literate. Drawing on her own experiences of the power of her hormones, and her body, post having children, she sought to make the advice accessible to her as an elite athlete available to the everyday woman via an app and website. Jennis now provides programmes that enable women to understand their unique hormonal cycles and how they can use this to be stronger and healthier.
