I've been fortunate to play a role in the transformation of financial services over the last 20 years. I was an executive at one of the original fintechs (Capital One) in 2003, started the first neobank in the U.S. (PerkStreet) in 2008, and created the first regional bank technology lab (Eastern Labs) in 2014. At the time, ''fintech'', ''neobank'', and ''bank lab'' were words that didn't exist --- we had to create them to describe the future we wanted to build. Today I am co-founder and CEO of Numerated, the fastest growing fintech SaaS platform in the U.S. I feel lucky to lead a team of authentic, amazing people building technology that will help shape the next 20 years of financial services.
