A seasoned executive, with broad experience managing product portfolios (hundreds million $ ARR) serving thousands of customers globally, including Fortune 100 enterprises and financial institutions. Exceptional leadership of large cross-functional teams. Deep understanding in the worlds of consumer payments & retail banking and financial fraud. At Radware, I reshaped strategy to delivery consistent service offerings across Cloud DDoS, Cloud WAF and Bot management services, overseeing execution across product, R&D, delivery and infrastructure/platform teams globally (~250 direct team members). At RSA, I’ve launched several products and services to market, including on-premises, hosted and cloud-based products. I’ve delivered double-digit financial growth and built strong, resilient teams. In addition, as managing director for RSA Security Israel LTD, I oversaw site operations for RSA’s 3rd largest site worldwide, with over 200 team members. Prior to RSA I spent over a decade in a privately-held business in a number of roles including software engineering, product development and marketing & sales.
