We target later stage growth opportunities with business model proven by sales and with significant growth potential. We focus on creating long term value through an active support of the companies and their founders. Daniel's past experience is in private equity, telecommunications, business valuations, and restructuring. Responsibilities and skills covered team management, value management, strategy and pricing. Experienced in business valuations, derivative and financial instrument valuations and restructuring with one of the big 4 global accountancy firms. Consulted on retail strategy for a large telecommunications company; dealing with and setting up business partnerships, organising local expert teams, coordinating projects and developing financial business plans to ensure viability. My goals are to better myself through hard work, learning new skills and enjoying life.
