I am a COO and ex-founder with a background in operations-heavy international technology companies. I specialise in developing operational systems to allow companies to thrive, enhanced by my experience in product strategy and go-to-market. I am the COO of IOV Labs, developers of the RSK Blockchain. Our mission is to provide the next generation of fin-tech innovators with the decentralised tools and technology to build a new global economy. I co-founded BuffaloGrid, an award-winning power and internet company, where I designed the service and built the operational systems to serve 100,000+ users across 95 Indian towns, developed the go-to-market strategy (hardware-enabled SaaS + B2B2C), and led on operational management and financial strategy (£4.9M raised from Local Globe, Seedcamp, Hardware Club, Crowdcube, European Union, InnovateUK). My work in product includes pre-launch for Google (Google Home), up-stream development for YouGov, and taking the BuffaloGrid Hub (permanent collection, British Design Museum) from concept through to manufacturing, deployment and support. I have led first-in-market launch deals in Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, and Iraq.
