MY STORY Being intentionally inclusive has always come naturally to me. Even when I didn’t have the exact words to articulate what I was doing, I knew ED&I was my purpose. It wasn’t until I embraced my Latina immigrant identity that I fully understood the reach of ED&I work and its impact on individuals, leaders, workplaces, and communities. This is why I pour inclusion into everything I do. My professional and lived experiences help me identify where processes need to be deconstructed and rebuilt and where intentional inclusion can take place to make an organization and culture thrive. WHO AM I? I’m a bilingual, certified, award-winning ED&I Professional with 17+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruitment, Leadership, and People Management. As the Recruitment Ops and ED&I Director at R/GA, I developed countless global inclusive systems, training sessions, and actionable guidelines. I’ve also revamped all global Talent Acquisition Processes and embedded them with accessible, equitable, inclusive, and intentional practices. This is how I intersected my background as a recruiter, with over 15 years of experience - ensuring ED&I works effectively by providing resources and re-constructing outdated hiring operations.
