Entrepreneur and eCommerce consultant with over 10 years experience as a technical delivery manager and software quality lead for one of the UK’s largest online retailers and small businesses, with proven experience of building brands from the ground up. Nominated for BCA Entrepreneur of the Year for my own small business, The Pretty Hat, in the first year of trading. I have an assertive consul personality and enjoy creating fun, inclusive and friendly team cultures for engineers to thrive, and taking stakeholders on a journey to understand technical requirements and find solutions that not only deliver business value but are resilient and of high quality. In my spare time I volunteer for an animal welfare charity and advocate for STEM careers.
