Currently working at TalentintheCloud, the leading Executive Search firm focusing on leadership hires across the FinTech industries. My previous role was focused on developing high-end recruitment and market penetration strategies, and leading a team of recruitment professionals to deliver well-qualified candidates into the Fintech market. Currently, I am responsible for designing and implementing business operations, establishing policies that promote company culture, vision and performance, as well as overseeing operations of the working executives in each department including sales, customer experience, legal, HR and finance.
