My practice is concentrated on corporate transactions in the energy industry with a focus on renewable technology and clean energy. I advise U.S. and international clients on M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and energy and infrastructure development projects. I work extensively on mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector, particularly in the area of the sale and particularly in the area of the sale and purchase of renewable, fossil fuel, and nuclear generation assets. During the course of my career, I have advised strategic and financial buyers and sellers on the purchase, sale, or development of more more than 6000 MW of wind generation, 5000 MW of solar generation, and 4000 MW of nuclear generation assets having an aggregate value in excess of $30 billion. Notably, I have advised on some of the largest wind and solar transactions in the world. I have considerable experience in the energy projects and infrastructure area, including in the negotiating and drafting of agreements covering the spectrum of project development in the energy industry including EPC contracts, O&M agreements, construction management agreements, joint venture agreements, project administration agreements, wind turbine supply agreements, REC purchase agreements, and other procurement and development agreements.
