Bio

I am Daniel Wilson Addo, the CEO of Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited. I am a Chartered Accountant with twenty-four years post qualification experience and trained with KPMG, an international firm of accountants. I am a former Member of the Technical and Research Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), and I have also served as member of the Institute’s Task Force on Convergence to International Financial Reporting Standards. I hold an MBA in Finance from the Manchester Business School, UK and extensive banking experience having worked in several roles in Standard Chartered Bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA) and First Atlantic Bank Limited. I have been Deputy Managing Director of UBA Ghana, Managing Director of UBA Tanzania and Executive Director of First Atlantic Bank in the past. I have been involved in bank start up and two bank turnarounds. With my strategic insights and execution, I deliver on exceptional business growth to create value. I am a keen golfer and jazz music enthusiast.
