I founded Zensurance to help bring the latest technology innovations to the insurance industry. We are working with leading Canadian companies to change the way small businesses manage all their insurance needs. Previously, I was a leader in McKinsey's Digital Financial Services practice, focusing on both Insurance and Banking clients. I focused on helping large institutions streamline operations and improve customer experience by building and sustaining their digital capabilities (from mobile to automation to analytics). I have worked with both public and private sector clients, large institutions as well as mid-sized portfolio companies, as well as the users (banks and insurance companies) and producers (technology companies) of sophisticated digital tools.
