Product R&D leader with experiences in the consumer electronics (AR/VR) and athletic footwear & apparel industries, leading teams comprised diverse core functions. At Magic Leap, we created the most wearable, enterprise-ready AR device to date. My role is to ensure that you can actually use it. Blending experiences in product creation, interdisciplinary management and applied research & development, I lead a diverse team of researchers, engineers and designers with the goal of delivering a product that is usable, wearable and comfortable for users across the globe. Prior to Magic Leap, I held several roles with Nike, from innovation to in-line product development. Starting in the Nike Sport Research Lab, I worked with some of the best athletes on Earth to quantify key insights to drive product innovation. After studying athletes, I eventually started building product for them, developing footwear for 4 categories, primarily Running. I’m passionate about sports, technology and travel, and my favorite way to see a new city is an early morning run when the streets are empty.
