Business leader with a big focus on building a successful working environment and killer culture where people feel empowered, confident and enjoy what they do. With a background in IT leadership and engineering, my specialism lies in delivering change management that leverages pragmatic, cost effective process and technology usage that delivers real, measurable business value. A career in engineering across multiple verticals has given me a broad perspective of how technology can deliver change. My passion is to direct businesses through strategic leadership in a fast-paced, retail environment across all channels, driving innovation through digital that delivers an amazing customer experience. I have a strong sense of duty in giving back to local communities, looking after the environment and creating a better world for the next generation. I work as a school governor for Stowe Valley MAT, and work with the The Youth Group to coach and mentor young people which I have derived a huge sense of purpose from.
