I got my PhD in Computer Science in 2012 and soon after I joined ESTECO as a developer. After a couple of years I took on the Scrum Master role and started my journey in the world of agile software development. Now I’m one of ESTECO Agile Coaches. I collaborate with different teams and host internal trainings. I help the organization in its continuous improvement. The strong interested in applied research that I developed during my PhD studies is still alive. In September 2021 I took on the role of Research Project Manager in ESTECO. I take care of both EU and regional founded projects. I keep publishing articles in the field of Business Process Management. Since 2018 I’m one the lecturers of the “Software Development Methods” course of the “Data Science and Scientific Computing” Master degree at the University of Trieste. I teach about agile software development and technical development practices.
