I am a seasoned professional with a passion for the FinTech industry, currently serving as the CEO of TalentintheCloud, a leading executive search firm specializing in the FinTech sector. My expertise in the field is complemented by my role as Co-Founder of the FinTech Association of South Africa (www.finasa.org.za). With extensive experience in entrepreneurship, non-executive directorship, advisory, and investment roles, my focus is on driving innovation, growth, and diversity in the FinTech sector. I have spoken at renowned conferences such as Finovate, Seamless Africa, and Money 20/20, advocating for the industry's development and inclusiveness. Before leading TalentintheCloud, I held the position of Group CEO at an international technology and telecoms recruitment firm, expanding its presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
