Named an “oracle of remote work” by CNBC and included in The Forbes Future of Work 50, I currently lead workplace strategy & operations as Andela's VP of Workplace Design and Remote Experience. A visionary in organizational design, I lead at the intersection of people, culture, operations, marketing, employer branding, and communication. I build and scale remote teams and chart remote transformations. Prior to joining Andela, I served as GitLab's Head of Remote.
