I am an independent-minded person who started off my career out of university as a professional poker player where I was ranked as one of the top 100 online tournament players in the world for a time. In 2012, I transitioned from poker to commercial real estate, becoming an office leasing broker in downtown Toronto, Canada. Since then, I've had the good fortune of being surrounded by GREAT people and working for a GREAT company in CBRE. Along with my outstanding team, I focus on working with high growth companies in the tech sector, Space as a Service Operators (#SPaaS) like Convene, financial services firms like CIBC and also with landlord's representing each of them on their office leasing needs (which are increasingly becoming “non-traditional”). My extensive experience representing both occupiers of space (ranging greatly in size/needs) and asset owners helps me in being a solid facilitator of a deal, especially as we embark on the fastest changing decade in commercial real estate's history to date!
