I am a telecommunications enthusiast. I closely monitor the industry, and write about it at my own blog (TalkingPointz.com) as well as numerous other media related sites. I do detailed research and analysis with industry leading analyst research firms as well as under my own brand - TalkingPointz.com. I publish regularly at TalkingPointz.com and NoJitter.com. I published a newsletter and research notes called The Insider Report. I also regularly post Real-Time, Recorded videos, TalkingHeadz interview podcasts, and a near-weekly newsletter called Insider Lite. I also work with end users directly on acquisition and strategy for business communications. This includes voice, mobility, video, contact center solutions.
