Dave works with clients to understand current business processes and listens to all levels of the organization to understand what works well and areas for improvements. If there are areas of improvement that the business and IT want to explore, we can jointly review options for improvements. We can explore how others in a similar industry have solved those issues or evaluate new and creative solutions. Dave has done this over his 30+ years in Information Technology. IT is not implemented for IT sake, IT is implemented to support the business whether that is solving data needs, process improvements, new capability, process automation, global or domestic growth or strategic differentiation. Dave brings with him his knowledge of greenfield and brownfield SAP R/3 and S4HANA solutions to meet the growing business needs and improving the business integration across nearly all departments. He was responsible for expanding the SAP template to Brazil, Netherlands, Hungary, India, Japan and China to continue the business integration, meet local regulations, and retire legacy systems. Dave also led the effort to optimize the product lifecycle management process where the business was driving to reduce the product development lead time by defining the process of new product development in a tool, drive the implementation of each new development, eliminate lag time between steps and provide the right data to the right people at the right time Creative and innovative solutions have also been supported by developing a greenfield Microsoft SharePoint environment that combined standard SharePoint functionality with custom objects to implement a secure product development process to support adherence to best practices. This was then expanded to solve global organization need for improved unstructured data governance.
