• Enthusiastic PhD with project management and sound technical experience in the biotech field • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MATLAB, LabVIEW (Certified LabVIEW associate developer), TIBCO Spotfire, OSIsoft PI, C++, and R • Proficient in large scale data visualization, systems based analysis including RNA expression processing and analysis, ‘omics’ data analysis and multivariate statistical analysis • Experience in bioreactor design, construction, bioreactor setup and operation, sensor and hardware integration, process control and design strategies • Experience in routine aseptic techniques for mammalian cell culture including chinese hamster ovary cells and stem cells • Proficient in laboratory techniques including molecular biology, transfection, western blot, FACs, flow and mass cytometry, immunostaining, ELISA, DNA/RNA isolation and purification, mice model work, quantitative PCR, to bioreactor setup and operation • Strong leadership and management skills gained through multiple projects with different academic and industrial collaborators
