Through the dashboards; digital reports; and applications I design, the classes I teach, and speaking engagements I participate in, my focus is to increase the data literacy among Humana associates enterprise wide. Applying creative, and purposeful human centered design principles combined with first class data visualizations, this form of storytelling provides Humana's leadership with layered, meaningful insights and tangible actionable opportunities.
