ABOUT ME Throughout my career, I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. I’ve been able to quickly uncover a client’s pain point and identify a strategic solution with an effective sense of urgency when the situation requires it. With over 30 years of experience working with major law firms, running my own law firm and currently as an independent advisor, I am supported by a longstanding team of professionals. I pride myself in building trusted long-term relationships & have successfully assisted scores of HNW and UHNWIs and their families. I also provide pro bono advice to many governments on how they can improve their Citizenship-by-Investment, Residence-by-Investment or “Golden Visa” type programs to better meet the needs of my globally mobile and successful clients. MY APPROACH I integrate citizenship, residency, tax and family law considerations via the implementation of bespoke Back-Up Plans© tailored for each client. Each plan is designed to deliver the optimal citizenship, residency and domicile outcomes for his clients and their families based on their unique situations, requirements, and objectives. Back-Up Plans© are aligned with the clients’ financial, family, business situations and plans, their family wealth and personal protection objectives, and focused on their goals and preferred lifestyles over the long term, and integrated with their existing tax structures and estate planning.
