Climate tech founder working on Natural Climate Solutions and the enabling deep tech. Humanitarian emergencies, conflict and EU policy experience thrown in. At SoilWatch, we're on a mission to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by enabling landscape regeneration where it is needed most; on the frontlines of the climate emergency. With nature-based solutions, gigatonnes of CO2 can be removed from the atmosphere as soils are restored. And thanks to our deep tech solution combining open satellite data and peer-reviewed research, it can be done in a transparent and verifiable way. Not in a decade. Not in five years. But now. Over the years I've also worked on emergency humanitarian interventions, climate change, conflict, human rights and sustainable development, as well as spending time explaining digital targeting and advocating data protection. As a consultancy Director and coordinator, I've enabled impact focused teams to achieve their goals at national, European and international level. I am also very happy to connect with others working on conservation, carbon dioxide removal, sustainable land management, ESG, SDGs, conflict mitigation, famine prevention and relief, natural disasters, remote sensing, machine learning. The issues we work on are too great for any one organisation, so let's talk. Please do include a note with any connection request if we have not yet met in person/online.
