Mr. O'Brien is a Professional Surveyor and Mapper licensed throughout the Southeastern United States (FL, GA, NC, SC, KY, TN, AL, MS, LA, TX) and is a Certified Federal Surveyor (C-Fed). He and his business partner (Stacy Brown) formed SurvTech Solutions, Inc. in May of 2004 and Mr. O'Brien is the President of the firm. Specialties: Mr. O'Brien is an expert in Boundary disputes, the public lands survey system (PLSS), 3D laser scanning, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), GPS & GIS.
