Designing this Future of Work includes human-centric HR technology, a hybrid work model (‘Work Reimagined’) and a curated learning & development experience for 50,000 employees. I am global senior-level HR Leader with 20 years of experience as HR Business Partner to organizations in growth & recession environments, and a recent focus in driving HR Transformation & Technology at enterprise level. My educational background in Legal/Labor Law, a passion for talent building, and strong change management skills provide the foundation to deliver with impact, be a trusted coach of Senior Business Leaders and be seen as a talent magnet within the function.
