I enjoy working side-by-side, or nowadays screen-to-screen, with our top-performing MSPs and global partner community. A big part of my role is to listen and engage our partners so that we better understand their needs, can share ideas more freely, and provide valuable insight into the current market conditions. I also offer strategic sales and marketing recommendations to our partners, and spearhead many of the tactical initiatives at N-able that define what we do next. As a regular presenter at our virtual, global, and regional events, I am all in on helping our partners scale their success and serve as the world’s best MSPs.
