Bio

I am a Senior Partner and Managing Director in the Washington, D.C., office of The Boston Consulting Group. I am a member of the People & Organization, Consumer, Marketing, Sales & Pricing, and Operations practices. I am a member of the People & Organization leadership team, I lead the global People & Organization topic for the retail sector. Since joining BCG in 2004, my client work has focused on merchandising and store operations topics, including category management, E2E supply chain and growth strategy across a range of retail formats. I have led many transformation projects and have deep experience managing organizational and operational change in large-scale retail environments. Prior to joining BCG, I was a manager in the financial advisory services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers. I hold a BA in Economics with high honors from The College of William and Mary and an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management.
