I manage the fire protection group for FM Approvals which is responsible for testing and third party certification of fire protection related products. My office is located in West Glocester, RI at the FM Global Research Campus. I started my career at FM Global as a Loss Prevention Consultant in the Boston area more than 25 years ago and I have been managing the fire protection group in FM Approvals since 2015. Prior to my current position, I was the fire protection section manager in FM Global’s Engineering Standards group overseeing the development of fire protection and special hazard related Property Loss Prevention Data Sheets. I'm a member of National Fire Protection Association and the Society of Fire Protection Engineers. I currently serve on the NFPA sprinkler installation, fire pump, and inspection test and maintenance technical committees. My undergrad degree is in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a few years ago I earned my masters degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
