I am a senior executive with a proven record of accomplishment, successfully supporting sales partners, customers, and employees achieve their goals, while maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Armed with both a Finance and IT educational background, I have been at the center of over 20 acquisitions and countless “can we do this” customer branding initiatives requiring unique back office or logistical support. A combination of business growth and strong employees has created an environment where I have been able to mentor and promote many people into senior, team lead, and management positions. My professional journey at HALO is now focused on building our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice, as well as enhancing our relationship with key industry partners. I am an active member of the promotional products community, currently serving as Chair of the PPAI Board of Directors and a multi-year congressional delegate in Washington DC for PPAI’s LEAD initiative. Previous industry volunteer work included being a board member of ePSA, a precursor to Promostandards (an industry-specific method for suppliers and distributors to integrate their systems), and PPAI's Professional Development Committee. My volunteer efforts outside the industry have been focused on childhood education and supporting women's professional opportunities.
