I have been a part of the real estate community since 1990, within months of leaving College. I progressed from my first role as an independent sales associate, to a Group President with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage NRT LLC, the country’s largest real estate company at that time. Along the way, I’ve received recognition for both my individual performance as a sales agent, as well as for my team’s performance, having led offices, regions, and companies to multiple sales and customer service awards. This experience has allowed me to move into my current role as Associate Partner & Executive Vice President of T3 Sixty's Brokerage and Team Consulting Division. T3 Sixty is the largest Residential Real Estate Consulting company in North America. In this position I advise and support Owners and senior executives of Real Estate companies and large Teams on how they can run more efficient and profitable organizations. I view my role as a consultant and a leader as someone who inspires and empowers individuals to succeed. To reach levels of success they thought at one time were unobtainable to achieve. I’m passionate about giving back, and fortunate to have had the chance to serve my community through my involvement with organizations such as Heaven on Earth NOW, the United Way of Central Maryland, American Heart Association, Toys for Tots, Ronald McDonald House, Our Daily Bread, the Heart & Vascular Philanthropy Council of Anne Arundel Medical Center, Habitat for Humanity and various other nonprofit organizations My interests outside of work include all manner of outdoor endeavors—I’ve hiked the Grand Canyon twice, hiked several 14,000’ mountains in Colorado, I enjoy skiing and golfing and I’ve been paragliding in the Swiss Alps, salmon fishing in Alaska and spear fishing in the Exuma islands!
