Responsible for executing the bid costing strategies for Bids and Proposals in a manner that will provide a competitive advantage for the company in winning new business and pricing existing business.
Supervise Material Estimating staff in the day to day tasks, prioritize assignments and provide real time work direction accordingly with the goal of completing accurate bids on time.
Develop the direct labor manufacturing times along with related NRE's for new customer bid proposals. Gather data for existing customers for pricing updates.
SBLO - Small Business Liaison officer responsible for developing and preparing Individual Subcontracting Plans and monitoring performance relative to the specific plan and reporting semi-annually via the government's ESRS reporting system.
