As the owner and primary consultant, with over 20 years of experience in human resources and accounting in a variety of industries including legal, construction, accounting, telecommunications, economic development, manufacturing, medical, retail, and more, I have derived a broad understanding of the challenges facing business leaders, HR professionals, and all personnel. Having an educational background including a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and an Associate's Degree in Accounting, as well as certifications from leading associations in the world including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institue, a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a Toastmaster's Competent Leader (CL), has further prepared me to offer my services to include real-world examples, compliance understanding, and relevant best practice options.
